Reduce Allergens and Keep Your Home Clean

In general, keeping your home dust-free and mold-free using enviro-friendly natural cleaners and cleaning methods is a step in the allergy-free direction.

The most common household allergens are:
Dust mites, Mold, and Animal dander.

Dust mites: Tiny, almost microscopic bugs that live in your home and feed off dead human skin cells. The majority of dust mites live inside your mattress where they can feed off dead skin. Their waste is what sets off allergic reactions and asthmatic symptoms such as itching, sneezing, coughing, wheezing etc...

Mold: A fungus that can grow rapidly in humidity and cause severe allergic and asthmatic reactions. Mold can grow in your home wherever there is poor ventilation and high humidity such as your bathroom or areas in your basement. Mold spores can become airborn in your home and cause severe respiratory reactions.

Pet dander: The skin flakes that your pets shed which are a common household allergen for people. Animal hair is not considered to be an allergen however hair or fur can collect dust, pollen, mold, and other allergens.
