Frequently Asked Questions

Below are the answers to some of our frequently asked questions about our Ottawa home repairs & home renovations. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact Enviropure today.

I'm not exactly handy around the house. What kind of Ottawa home repair services do you offer?

Not handy? No problem! Let the home repair experts tackle those tricky tasks. From plumbing repair (kitchen sinks, toilets, showers and more) and appliance repair to exterior work such as shingles, siding and much more, Enviropure’s home repair in Ottawa is your reliable handyman to the rescue. Keep us on speed dial and we’ll be onsite ASAP. Got a leaky faucet? We can fix it. Washer or dryer on the fritz? We’ll send it on the mend. Need to install or replace lighting fixtures? Let us help. For all sorts of Ottawa home repair services, count on Enviropure.

I'm looking to upgrade my kitchen or bathroom. Do you do that?

Yes we do! We have a team of Ottawa home renovation specialists, each with a wealth of experience and all highly capable of tackling your home reno project. We’ll meet with you to discuss your vision for a transformed kitchen, bathroom and/or other renovated space in the home. Then we’ll provide you with a written estimate, incorporating transparent pricing and backed by our commitment to service, communication and quality workmanship. We won’t rest until you’re fully satisfied with your Ottawa home renovation project.

When you give me a quote, how much will it vary?

Our goal with both Ottawa home renovations and home repair is to be crystal clear with pricing as well as all other matters in communication. A quote or estimate reflects our knowledge and experience, so while we’re not able to stay within the exact dollar amount on every project, that is always our aim. Should we finish in less time (while keeping the same quality results as promised), you could see a reduction in final price based on labour costs. Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control, especially with home renovation projects involving other parties (equipment, labour, etc.) – should this occur, we will communicate fully and keep you in the loop.

What kind of Ottawa home renovation or home repair will help resale values?

If you are thinking about listing your Ottawa home on the market in the near future, you may be considering home repairs or home renovations prior to listing. That’s a good idea! After all, you want to show your home in its best light to prospective buyers. To start with, certain home repairs are essential. If you have anything that is out of order or not functioning properly – such as plumbing, wiring, floorboards, etc. – you’ll want to have these repaired ASAP. If you are looking at home renovations, while we usually suggest not going overboard as most buyers will have their own vision of what they want, there are some great home renovation projects that can really pay of in value: kitchen renovations and bathroom renovations. If you have one or both of these that are very dated and/or dilapidated, bringing it up to modern specs and very god condition will help increase the sale price of your home. Also, before listing, consider our Enviropure home cleaning services – we’ll get your home spotless and looking its best for the showings!

I need a new window/door. Can you install one?

Most definitely. If you have a window that is cracked or shattered, we can source and install a replacement window. Looking to swap out an old door for a new one? We can help you select the new door and then install it professionally for you. From window screens to storm doors, even garage doors, count on us for master craftsmanship and quality window & door work in Ottawa.

Client Testimonials

What Our Customers are Saying

We highly recommend the cleaning services from Enviropure. The professionalism demonstrated by both in the office and cleaning team we have has been top notch. Our emails are always responded to promptly and courteously, providing the information we need. The cleaning team is always polite, takes extremely great pride in their work, and even provide tips on how to maximize the cleanliness of the house between visits. We have been very pleased with the service, and love how our house consistently sparkles after each visit.

The teams are friendly and reliable. They do a great job, including the little things like periodically dusting our collection of duckies. Communication with head office is excellent and payment is easy through bank transfer. The house smells fantastic after their good cleaning. Highly recommend.

We have had Enviropure clean our home every other week for the last 4 years. They have been great! Not only do they do a great job of cleaning the house, they are friendly, consistent, reliable and thorough. We tried a few companies before we found them, but they didn’t do the job half as well and weren’t reliable (which is super frustrating when you tidied up for the cleaners already). I love the feeling of coming home on cleaning day knowing they will have cleaned the house from top to bottom – the best! We would highly recommend them!

Lori F. – Google Review

I recently hired Enviropure Home for a deep cleaning of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with their services! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. The staff was also friendly and respectful of our space, ensuring everything was handled with care. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service, we highly recommend them.

We have had several cleaning services in the past but Enviropure is so much better than we’ve experienced so far. The teams are very competent. We have been with them over a year now and have recommended them to our friends.

Fantastic company that I would gladly recommend to anyone! Recently hired them to deep clean my rental and did an incredible job!! Unrecognizable! Use them regularly at my residence and appreciate how attentive they are and the products don’t leave a strong chemical smell! Very responsive and worth every penny well spent!

The cleaning team calls and lets us know when they are coming. Very polite team(s). Good job whether it is 2 or 3 or 4 people. Very happy with the teams that we have. I would recommend the team to anyone! I recommended my father unfortunately, the teams do not go to Embrun. We have also recommended the teams to a couple of our neighbours.
